 For a remodel project, our scope typically includes evaluating the existing space, reworking layouts for improved function and flow, and selecting all finishes and materials such as flooring, tile, cabinetry, countertops, paint, plumbing fixtures, lighting, and hardware. We develop detailed plans and specifications, coordinate with contractors and trades, manage selections to ensure the updated space feels cohesive, intentional, and tailored to the client’s lifestyle, all while helping maintain the project timeline and budget. 

 For furniture selection and space planning, we assess the room(s) layout, scale, and functionality to create a thoughtful floor plan that maximizes flow and comfort. Services include selecting and specifying furniture, rugs, lighting, artwork, and accessories; sourcing pieces that align with the client’s style and budget; managing orders and deliveries; and overseeing installation and styling to ensure the space feels cohesive, balanced, and complete. 

This service provides a curated design concept for your space through visual design boards that showcase recommended finishes, materials, colors, furniture, fixtures, and accessories. The boards are intended to communicate the overall look and feel of the design and help guide your selections. Product suggestions or inspiration pieces may be included, but purchasing, ordering, measurements, installation, and project coordination are not included. This option is ideal for clients who want a professional design direction while managing the implementation on their own. 

This service focuses on the final layer of the design, bringing the space together through thoughtful styling and placement of furnishings, artwork, décor, and accessories. Styling helps refine the overall look and feel of the room using existing pieces and/or newly selected items to create a cohesive, finished space. This service does not include space planning, renovations, or large furniture selections, but rather concentrates on the finishing touches that elevate the design and make the space feel complete. 

Our custom design services are tailored to meet the specific needs of each client and project. Rather than selecting a predetermined package, we work together to determine exactly what level of design support is needed. This may include a combination of services such as design boards, finish and material selections, furniture sourcing, space planning, styling, or other design guidance. Each proposal is customized so clients receive the precise amount of support that best fits their project, timeline, and budget.
